Fees and Insurance

  • I am an In-Network/ Preferred Provider for the following insurance companies:

    OREGON:

    • Aetna

    • United Healthcare (Optum)

    • Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon

    • Moda

    • Open Card OHP

    COLORADO:

    • United Healthcare (Optum)

    Due to significant reimbursement cuts from insurance companies in Colorado, the fees offered by Anthem BCBS, Carelon, Cigna, and Aetna are unsustainable for my practice. As a result, I am no longer contracted with these insurers.

    If I am out-of-network with your insurance company, my services may still be covered, depending on your out-of-network benefits. I am happy to provide you a receipt called a “super bill” that you can submit to your insurance company for out of network reimbursement of services; however, I do not guarantee reimbursement by your insurance company. 

  • $200 for 50-Minute Individual Sessions

    $250 for 90-Minute Intake Sessions


    SLIDING SCALE FEE: My goal is to make counseling as accessible as possible while also sustaining my business. I maintain a sliding scale for clients who are committed to engaging in regular therapy, but are unable to afford my full rate. If you are unable to afford to pay my full rate, and I do not accept your insurance, you may contact me to see if I have any sliding scale options currently available.

    Payment is due at the time of service. I accept credit or debit cards.
